What is your return policy?
We want you to be entirely delighted with your purchase from Little Bud Kids! If there any issues with your order, please contact us before leaving feedback on an item's page. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges). Item(s) must be returned under the following conditions:
- Must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
- Must be packed in original shipping box or equivalent protective box.
- Must start the return process within 14 days. If you are contacting us more than 14 days since your order was placed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.
If you are ensure if you qualify for a return, please contact us first. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase with your request to return. Please include:
- the order #, name, & email address the order was placed under.
- the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with a US Postal Service (USPS) return shipping label to print & apply to your shipping box. You will not have to pay anything to USPS, but note that the costs of the return will be deducted from your refund. (If you do not have a printer, you may buy your own postage from USPS directly).
- Once we receive and inspect your package, we'll go ahead and issue you a refund within (2-5) business days to your original form of payment. The refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, discounts, and applicable shipping charges.
- Please note that it can take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
If your item arrives damaged, or you were sent the incorrect item, please email as soon as possible to report the problem. Please include a photo of damaged or defective item(s) so that we can help make things right and avoid any manufacturing or shipping issues in the future. We will provide further instructions and if applicable, will provide you a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to us free of charge.
