At Little Bud Kids, your happiness means everything to us. We want you to be truly delighted with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something’s not quite right. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us before leaving a review—we’d love the chance to make things right.

Our return policy depends on where you’re located, so please check the section that applies to your order:

Domestic Contiguous USA Orders

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you're welcome to send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus any discounts and shipping costs, both ways).

To be eligible for a return

  • The item must be new and unused, with all original tags and packaging still intact
  • It should be packed in the original shipping box, or something similarly protective
  • You need to start your return within 14 days of delivery; we won’t be able to process returns after that timeframe
  • Clearance items are final sale and can’t be returned or refunded

How to return an item:

    Your order number, name, and email address used at checkout
  • A brief note about why you’re returning the item

We’ll send you a return shipping label to print. (No printer? No worries, you can buy postage on your own through USPS or another carrier.)

You won’t need to pay upfront, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 2–5 business days. It might take 1–2 billing cycles to show up on your credit card.

We always do our best to be fair, but we reserve the right to decline refunds on items that are used, missing tags, damaged, or not in their original packaging.

International & Non-Contiguous USA Orders

We wish we could offer returns for everyone, but as a small business, we’re currently only able to accept returns from customers in the contiguous U.S. That means we’re not able to process returns or refunds for orders shipped to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (like Puerto Rico or Guam)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • International destinations

We know this may be disappointing, and we really appreciate your understanding. If you’re unsure about sizing, product details, or anything else before ordering, don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re happy to help before you buy.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong thing, please contact us right away. We’ll take care of it and send you a prepaid return label if needed, no extra cost to you.
